When will I receive my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–10 business days in the US and 10–14 business days for international orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check it anytime on our tracking page.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Carriers update in batches, so a new tracking number can take a day or two to show movement. That doesn't mean your package is lost. If it still hasn't moved after a few days, email help@nourial.com.
My order says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors, your mailbox, and any safe spots around your home. Still missing? Email help@nourial.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Email help@nourial.com right away with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it ships, you're still covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

How do I use the 128 Hz Healing Instrument?
